1 General Provisions

vk88g (hereafter "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online betting and casino service provider. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between each user ("Member" or "you") and vk88g.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with vk88g you must provide accurate and complete information. All information given at the time of registration must be truthful, correct and current.

2.1 One Account Rule

Each member may operate only one account. Opening more than one account from the same person, family, household or IP address is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately. vk88g will not be liable for any loss arising from a failure to keep your account secure.

2.3 Updating Information

If your personal details change (such as your mobile number or email), update your profile promptly or make the change through support. The platform is not responsible for payment delays or rejections caused by incorrect information.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

vk88g strictly opposes gambling by minors. This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. By opening an account you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.

3.1 KYC Verification

vk88g may request the following documents to verify your identity at any time:

• National ID card (NID) or a copy of your passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method
• A selfie photo (if required)

If verification documents are not provided within the set timeframe, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

vk88g currently handles financial transactions through bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.3 Transaction Verification

5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers from vk88g are provided under specific conditions. By accepting a bonus you are considered to have agreed to the associated terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (deposit + bonus).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed once only
• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been completed
• Some games do not contribute to bonus wagering or contribute only partially
• If an unusual betting pattern is detected while using a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled
• vk88g reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time

5.3 Cashback and VIP Benefits

Weekly cashback is provided under the VIP program. The cashback rate is determined by your VIP level. Current cashback and promotional offers may not apply at the same time.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on vk88g are operated in a fair and impartial manner. Game outcomes are determined through random number generator (RNG) technology, which is regularly audited by a third party.

6.1 Betting Rules

• No bet may be changed once it has been finalised
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, vk88g reserves the right to void or reprocess the bet
• The game provider's rules shall be considered final
• If a transaction is charged twice due to a network issue, vk88g will make the necessary adjustment

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting are subject to change. If a match or event is cancelled, the placed bet will be refunded. Betting based on match fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Live Casino

The dealer's decision is final in live casino games. In the event of a technical interruption, the matter will be settled based on the game record. Inappropriate behaviour during a live game may result in account suspension.

7 VIP Program

The vk88g VIP program has five levels. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each level.

7.1 VIP Levels

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

7.2 Level Progression

Your VIP level is raised based on your betting activity and regular participation on the platform. Detailed criteria for level determination can be found through the support team.

7.3 Cashback Payment

VIP cashback is generally added to your account on a set day each week. The cashback amount depends on your gaming activity. vk88g reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Opening or operating more than one account
• Registering an account using a third party's identity
• Abusing bonus benefits or applying strategies to extract bonuses
• Using software, bots or automated systems to play games
• Betting based on match fixing or insider information
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Conducting fraudulent activities against other members
• Threatening or harassing platform staff

9 Account Suspension and Closure

vk88g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

9.1 Closure by the Platform

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these terms
• During an investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification
• Based on regulatory or legal requirements

9.2 Closure by the Member

10 Limitation of Liability

vk88g is committed to providing a reliable and uninterrupted service at all times. However, vk88g is not liable for the following:

• Games interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your own account secure
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.
• Personal financial losses arising from gambling

If an incorrect payment is made due to a technical error, vk88g reserves the right to correct that amount, even if it has already been withdrawn.
